A must watch Thank You video!

Update

Our blog has been a little quiet lately. We have been busy with boutiques, summer fun and school!
We are still working on the next 'thank you' video and hopefully we will have it posted soon.

We had another boutique on July 18th. It was another amazing day full of amazing family and friends and lots of beautiful boutique items.

We are so thankful for all of the hard work our aunts put into this wonderful day! It turned our fantastic.

At the end of the day we made:

$1,655


We can't even begin to tell you how great this is! It got us that much closer to our goal.

With the funds raised with the boutique that puts our new grand total to:

$14,856

With the fundraiser and other donations we have now raised $15,056!!

Tell me this is not the cutest boutique you have ever seen?

It was another amazing day, spent with wonderful friends, family and even strangers.

Fundraising

We know this blog has been a little quiet lately. We have been tired, that last boutique took it all out of us!

Right now we are working on our next thank you video, keep a look out for it soon.

Even though our last boutique was exhausting, our success was so humbling and unexpected so with that being said we have decided to try our hand at another one!

This time the boutique will be at my aunt's house in Murray, for those of you who could not make the drive to Eagle Mountain, last time,  we hope you will be able to join us at this one. We have some fun new items we will be selling along with some of the same items we had last time. Come look around, grab some lemonade and maybe get some early Christmas shopping done. 

We were so successful last time because of the many generous donations of handmade crafts and goodies, so thank you! We will again be accepting any crafts or baked goods you would like to donate. We will be doing one thing different from the last one; we will be having a yard sale so we will accept any yard sale items you would like to donate (please no clothes) If you have anything you would like to donate please email us at ajnboutique@gmail.com

We are excited and hopeful! We are giving this one last push to help us get through our In Vitro! Please share with your friends and family, we would love to see all of you there!

We are working on a online raffle for some beautiful, handmade quilts so if you do not follow our facebook page watch for updates there.

The most amazing day..... so far!

We had every intention of posting for Infertility Awareness week in April, but what we didn't realize was how exhausting a boutique is when you are the one throwing it! This post has been in the works for about a week and a half so for those of you who have been so patiently waiting, here is the recap from our Boutique/Bake Sale fundraiser on April 25th.

This boutique took a lot of time and planning but boy was it worth it! The week leading up to our boutique was fun, exciting, stressful and exhausting. We didn't know if we could pull it off, but with the help of our amazing family, friends and neighbors we did it. Lots of late hours and our house looking like a craft tornado hit but it was worth it. We would do it again and hopefully we will be soon.

Before we get to the total we wanted to share some pictures from the amazing day. I stole some pictures from family and friends, thank you!

This is just a small sampling of what our house looked like the day before. We are so grateful for all of those who crafted and baked their butts off to help us with our boutique. 

The night before! These amazing ladies are some of my best friends and are the ones who kept me going when I wanted to give up. If we look a little tired it might be because we were up until about 2:00 a.m. organizing and tagging all of this awesome stuff. (left to right 1-Annie and I   2-Magz,

Just some of the amazing baked goods we sold. We had almost two tables full!

The set-up! We started out on our lawn but ended up moving to the garage as the clouds rolled in. 

We had crafts, home decor, baked goods, popcorn and a fun ping pong prize game for the kids.

I wish I would have had more pictures of the marshmallow shooters we started out with 8 shooters which quickly sold so we took orders and ended-up making another 50 shooters!

Now for the moment you have been waiting for, we raised.......

$2,471.50!!!

This was so much more than we could have ever hoped and dreamed of raising!! 

What an AMAZING day!! Like we always say thank you will NEVER be enough to express our gratitude. Baby Nicholes is becoming so much more than a dream. 

Our grand total with all of our other fundraising efforts is:

$12,596!

We are over half way there because of all of you!

So what's next? We are going to continue our efforts with our puzzle fundraiser (please continue to share our blog)  and we are also planning another boutique/bake sale/yard sale this July! We still have some amazing items left from this boutique so if you are still thinking about that one item you wished you would have bought watch for details for our Christmas in July sale coming soon!

Because of you we have been able to see a little light through the darkest times!

National Infertility Awareness Week

April 19-25 is National Infertility Awareness Week

I had big plans for some posts this week talking about infertility awareness, but our upcoming boutique has taken up a lot of time. I am still planning on doing some posts, including some Adam and I wrote for my personal blog in 2013 for Infertility Awareness week.

We may end up being a couple days late but I am hoping to get a few posts up before the week is over. Stay tuned. For now I thought this info graphic was awesome.

Just a reminder that our fundraiser boutique/bake sale is this Saturday the 25th. It is not too late if you would like to donate any crafts or baked goods. Just send an email to ajnboutique@gmail.com and we can figure out what needs to be done. Thank you to those who have taken the time to donate crafts and baked goods, if the weather will hold out we are hoping for a great day! 

Thank You Pics December-March

It has been an amazing 4 months and we have received SO much love and support! For all of you who have donated to our fundraiser from December-March this video is for you!  If you have donated in April do not worry your "thank-you" video is being worked on as we speak.

Boutique Update!

We wanted to keep everyone update on our fundraising boutique that is happening next month, so here is your update for a Tuesday!

• The date of our boutique has changed! We are going to bump it back one week. So we will be having our craft boutique/bake sale on Saturday, April 25th. We felt like we needed a little more time to prepare and one more week should hopefully give us that. 
• As of right now we are still planning on holding the boutique at our home, but if you have any suggestions of locations that would be affordable and in a more central location please send your ideas our way. 
• We have set up a separate email address for our boutique. We have some friends helping us organize and plan and thought it would be easier to have one email address we can all access. If you would like to donate any crafts or baked goods please send us an email to ajnboutique@gmail.com. We will send reminders in the weeks leading up and any updates to the boutique, from this email address. 
• If you would like to donate craft items or baked goods it's not too late! We would love for all of you crafty people or amazing bakers to be part of our fundraiser. If you would like to donate please send us an email. 
• If you sell anything like doTERRA, Jamberry, etc. We would love to have you at our boutique as well. Send us an email with what you sell and we can work out the details.
• If you have a company that would like to donate any items, we would welcome those as well.
• If you have already let me know that you would like to participate in our boutique please send an email to ajnboutique@gmail.com. In the email please tell us what you are planning to make, how many of that item you will be donating, if you will package and price it or if you need us to and if you would like us to pick it up or if you will drop it off. This way we can keep it all organized in one place.
